Mercedes-Benz CLA with ST Suspensions

The new CLA-Class from Mercedes-Benz is the new youth orientated model in the Mercedes range reports the motoring press. The four-door CLA has found positive feedback, especially in the USA. Since the start of the year 25% of all Mercedes-Benz CLA have been sold in North America. ST suspensions, engineered by KW offers ST X and ST XTA coilovers for the CLA. With both coilovers the CLA can reach a lowering up to 60 mm. The ST XTA also offers the possibility to adjust the damper setup to a more sporty or comfortable feel and the user can also adjust the camber via the aluminium Unibal top mounts at the front axle.

The new Mercedes-Benz CLA-class is one of the most popular models in the compact car segment and more and more people falling in love with the sedan. In comparison to the A-Class which shares the same chassis as the new CLA, the sedan rides more comfortably. With the ST suspensions coilovers drivers achieve a direct and sporty handling experience. The ST X and the ST XTA are crafted at KW in Germany and improve not only the handling characteristics but also allow a continuous lowering adjustment between 25 and 55 millimetres at the front and 30 to 60 millimetres on the rear axle.
