The new Cabriolet of the Mercedes-Benz E class has once again set the standards for travelling in elegance, with open canopy. The automobile manufacturer Carlsson has now lent to the open-top four-seater an extra dash of sportiness. With 20 per cent more power, the new aerodynamic package and the fine interiors, Carlsson guarantees agile travelling of the highest level.</p>
<p>The core piece of the sporty conversion is the additional ECU C-Tronic® DIESEL POWER. This plug-and-play solution enhances the performance of the V6-Diesel engine by more than 20 percent, from 231 hp (170 kW) to 280 hp (206 kW). The optimised engine management also has an effect on the maximum torque. Instead of 540 Newton metres, the driver now has 648 Newton metres at his disposal. The ECU CD35 REVO for the Mercedes 350 CDI engines is delivered by Carlsson as a completely retrofittable solution inclusive of all materials for connections and montage, at a total price of just 1784 Euro inclusive of VAT.</p>
<p>The right sound is ensured by the sport end mufflers with the two double-walled stainless steel end tubes, available for a total of 2319 Euro.</p>
<p>The visual counterpart of this lies in the enhanced sportiness in the new aerodynamic package of Carlsson. The automobile manufacturer based in Merzig, Germany has refined the chassis with its own front spoiler for 594 Euro and the front spoiler lip RS for 629 Euro, which can also be obtained in carbon. The rear spoiler for 475 Euro not only rounds up the heightened dynamic appearance, but also ensures optimised airflow together with the entire aerodynamic package, thereby ensuring better contact with the road.</p>

<p>Besides this, the sports suspension springs for 355 Euro ensure better a contact with the road surface. These lower the Mercedes-Cabriolet 30 millimetres and give rise to a significantly more dynamic response while negotiating curves.</p>
<p>The extensive programme of Carlsson-light alloy wheels are and absolute highlight. Here the palette ranges from the classic sixteen spoke wheel 1/16 in 18 inches through the trendy double coloured design 1/5 REVO to the high end cast wheels 1/10 Ultra Light in 20 inches, which combine low weight with the highest load bearing capacity. Available as a complete wheel set with top brand tyres the packages start from 2712 Euro.</p>
<p>And Carlsson continues with the sportily elegant finishing in the car interiors. Thus, the automatic gear shift lever in leather and Alcantara (213 Euro) sets a fine accent, like the aluminium door pins (58 Euro), the soft velvet doormats with the Carlsson logo (set available for 154 Euro) and the aluminium pedals together with footrests (282 Euro).</p>
<p>Of course, the Mercedes expert Carlsson delivers all products with certificates by the German Technical Control Board (TÜV), so that these can be entered without any problems in the vehicle documents.</p>
<p>The automobile manufacturer Carlsson has once again managed to give a trendy finish to a Mercedes model, without affecting the luxurious character. After transformation in Merzig, the E-class Cabriolet is resplendent in its glory, full of power, dynamic appearance and enhanced interiors.</p>

Wald International, Japan's premier tuner of premium auto brands, has published some nice photos of a Mercedes Benz E-Class W211 wagon and W212 sedan.  Although the exterior styling treatments are nothing new, Wald is showcasing their new 21-inch Germania G21 rims. </p>
<p>Dressed in Wald's Black Bison Edition styling series both vehicles are equipped with new front bumpers, side skirts, sports fender ducts rear bumpers and sports mufflers.  The W212 sedan adds a trunk spoiler, roof spoiler and front grille while the W211 wagon features custom carbon fiber parts replacing the original chrome trim pieces.</p>

The entire kit features an elegant yet bold design, working in harmony to give the E63 AMG a prominent foundation as well as prominent performance by increasing downforce and aiding in ventilation for the undercarriage of the vehicle.</p>
<p>the V6E carbon spoiler features two air inlets with a center support. It gives the front of the E63 AMG more prominence, is claimed to increase downforce and aid ventilation to the vehicle. The carbon trunk spoiler contours to the angles of the deck lid while also apparently increasing downforce at the rear at high speed.</p>
<p>The vehicle shown also showcases our V-308 Sport Concave 3-Piece Forged wheels, in Fine Textured Black finish.<br />

Its predecessor with the internal name of W211 is still not outdated, though, as Prior-Design's team proves in an impressive fashion with its high-quality attachment parts. <span id="more-826"></span></p>
<p>Since the W211 series E-Class is rather rarely seen in the tuning scene, the relevant professional refiners do not offer a great number of accessories, apart from the traditional wheel/tyre-combinations and several chassis lowering options. Prior-Design recognised the W211's success at an early point of time, however, and now offers a complete tuning package for the still-modern saloon car.</p>
<p>The specially developed chassis set consists of a buffer with plastics grille, fog lamps and lateral ventilation openings at the front. A set of side skirts makes for a sportive silhouette. Furthermore, Prior-Design equipped the car's rear with a new diffuser-look bumper, tailgate and roof edge spoilers. With the new attachment parts, the E-Class saloon car is given a truly pleasantly sportive but unobtrusive feel. All parts are made of duraflex, but real-carbon or real-carbon-plated parts can be supplied on the customer's request as well.</p>
<p>The PDW rim set used by Prior-Design is a perfect match for the W211's sportive look. They are 8.5x20 at the front and 10.5x20 at the rear and, together with the unobtrusive lowering, offer additional visual pleasure. The portfolio also offers the brand-new stainless-steel 4-pipe sports exhaust. At 899.00 Euros, it not only provides the perfect look, but also a great sound experience.</p>

<p>True driving enthusiasts will relish the release of the latest Eibach Pro-Kit Performance Springs, which uses a pair of precision wound front springs to lower the car by around 30mm. The rear air suspension can then easily be reset to achieve the perfect stance – without affecting ride comfort – to achieve a car that looks far more purposeful and displays pinpoint handling characteristics.</p>
<p>The Eibach Pro-Spacer Wheel Spacer kit increases the vehicle’s track, not only making the wheel fill the arch for a real visual ‘kick’, but more importantly, creating a chassis that benefits from improved turn-in and sharper steering response.</p>
<p>All Eibach suspension components, which are available through authorised dealers, are provided with a high-quality corrosion protection and are TÜV-certified.</p>

<p>The new ex-works 500 E-class coupé is in itself not underpowered. With 388 PS and 530 Nm torque it's the currently most powerful production model coupé that the company can offer its customers. However, those who like it a touch more dynamic can find what they want with the traditional refiner Kicherer in Stockach. Engineers, technicians and designers have taken on the E-Class derivative and accentuated it in all things sporty, technically and optically. By means of an software update and a sports exhaust system the performance of the V8 was increased by 42 PS and 20 Newtonmetres. So taht the 430 horsepower can freely run the V/max block was raised from 250 km/h to xxx km/h. In addition after the alteration the speedometer can reach speeds of up to 330 km/h.</p>
<p>In order to give the aerodynamics the final polish with regards to performance and looks a "Kicherer Performance Series Package" was employed. This set comprises a front lip, side skirts, a rear diffusor and special mirror casings. All components are made of top quality and ultra-light carbon. The same can also be said of the optionally available three-bladed sports grill.</p>
<p>At the rear both eye and ear can delight in every sense in a lovely exhaust system. On the one hand it is convincing with ist modern, almost rectangular tail pipe design and on the other hand it produces an exciting but not obtrusive sound.</p>
<p>The elegant side view of the coupé is perfected by the sportily filigree Kicherer RS-1 20 inch wheels, behind which you get hints of the braking power of the 6 and 6 piston high performance brake system. With its composite discs and modified flexible steel tubes this ensures a suitable negative acceleration.</p>
<p>The noble interior with its interior elements and entry strips in epoxy resin laqueur complements the outer appearance of the Kicherer E50 Coupé. Thus Kicherer has been able to create an almost perfect balance between dynamism and elegance.</p>

By exposing its 435 hp strong Coupé, VÄTH offers a super sports car which impresses not only by its excellent road performance, but also by its discreet appearance. <span id="more-740"></span></p>
<p>With its automotive efficiency package V50S (8,211 Euro) the overall performance of the E 500 Series-Engine (388 hp) rises up to 435 hp. This made it possible to increase the maximum torque up to 575 Nm. Here comes naturally the convincing measuring data: the maximum speed limit lies within approx. 280 km/h. By means of modern computer engineering, VÄTH succeeded in increasing the performance of serial production vehicles by 47 hp by optimizing the software, including raising the maximum speed limit, sport air filter and complete sport exhaust device with sport catalysts.</p>
<p>The dynamical appearance was perfected with the help of the superlative gear box mechanism: in fenders VÄTH accommodated 20 in. 3-part Smiths Wheels with high-efficiency pneumatics, sized 245/30-20 and 285/25-20. The complete suite will cost you 8,211 Euro including montage.</p>
<p>For street sport cars VÄTH offers a complete running gear, with a built-in adjustable hardness control. Thanks to the adjustable shock-absorber, the car's body can be lowered by 20 to 65 mm. The sport vehicle costs 2,963 Euro.</p>
<p>Additionally, for high performance VÄTH provided a brake mechanism (5,355 Euro incl. racing brake fluid Castrol SRF and flexible tubes of a brake drive) with 6-position brake calipers and 378 mm large brake disks.</p>
<p>Plant-produced and completely carbon-made: front facing (1,416 Euro) in carbon self-confidently and powerfully underlines the technical manner of the Coupés. The luggage carrier-spoiler (1,761 Euro) and back diffuser (1,773 Euro), also produced from layer carbon, complete/perfect or similarly contribute to a sportier look.</p>
<p>VÄTH offers nearly boundless possibilities for individual interior equipment. Thus, when requested, the inside of the car can be entirely trimmed with colored skin. In addition, we offer Carbon-Interior-Packet (2,737 Euro) for high-quality interior possibilities in all variations.</p>
<p>Further accessories like velour foot mats (226 Euro) and speedometer (1,297 Euro) with a scale up to 330 km/h accomplish a wide range of options for interior space.</p>

<p>Sporty elegance is the hallmark of the Lorinser aerodynamics set: The stylishly adjusted components of the front bumper with the integrated LED daytime running lights and the new radiator grill form the front of the Lorinser E-Coupé into a dynamic center of attention. Moreover, the roof- and rear lip and the rear bumper add-on part in diffuser look harmonise congenially. The dynamic appearance is perfected by the new side skirts. The earthy and impressive sound stems from the Lorinser sports exhaust system. The stainless steel rear muffler with its edged dual tailpipes perfectly integrates into the newly designed rear section. But Lorinser does not only focus on a powerful sound. Optimised engine control units for performance increase are currently in preparation.  </p>
<p>The light-alloy wheels program is impressive in terms of its dimension and selection. No matter if you are looking for something dynamic, luxurious or noble - Lorinser offers varying wheel designs and sizes. The latest development is the one-piece 20-inch light-alloy wheel RS9. The light-alloy wheels are especially emphasised by progressively winded suspension springs which lower the E-Class Coupés´ center of gravity by 30 millimetres at the front and rear axle. For models with serial Airmatic, Lorinser developed a set for manual lowering.  </p>

Aluminium pedals and an instrument cluster with a scaling of up to 330 km/h accentuate the car in a dynamic way.
